Written by Administrator
Tuesday, 18 March 2008
The Progressive Communicators of the District of Columbia is an informal network of people working in the public relations or communications or related professions who are committed to progressive causes and organizations. Our goal is to improve our ability to serve our clients and organizations through:
  • education and professional development
  • networking and information-sharing
  • sharing leads on full-time jobs and consulting opportunities
  • pro bono trainings and projects for nonprofit organizations
Our core membership includes public relations firms, freelancers, in-house communications professionals. However, PC-DC is open to anyone who works in communications and is committed to progressive issues – for example (but not limited to), journalists, television producers, graphic artists and pollsters.

If applying for membership, please include as much information as possible on place of employment or previous connections to progressive community.
